Some special configurations require support that exceeds our standard product support.
To provide you with optimum support in special circumstances, our "Support Outside Business Hours" Package includes the following services:
- We help you handle non-product-specific support tickets
- When you open a standard ticket, we estimate the amount of support and consulting work for you in advance
- Choose a package with either 3, 5, 10, or 20 person-days and pay only for the days you need and use within a 12-month period
- Throughout the implementation of your project, we’re at your side with support, advice regarding technical decisions, as well as assistance with:
- DR testing
- As part of this package, we are available for you Monday through Sunday, both during and outside of our regular business hours.
