Ecological footprint
By 2027, we will have converted our entire vehicle fleet to electric vehicles and offset the greenhouse gas emissions caused by our business activities by supporting certified climate projects.
Sustainable procurement
When procuring hardware, electricity, water and food, we attach particular importance to organic quality and regionality in order to ensure short transportation routes. We therefore cooperate mainly with European companies on the basis of a code of conduct.
Green IT and energy
We place the highest priority on the use of state-of-the-art technologies and energy-efficient office buildings. At our office locations and external data centers, we obtain electricity primarily from renewable energy sources.

In addition to our commitment at EU level and our support for regional projects, we promote young talent through various educational initiatives to increase enthusiasm for IT.
Education and training
We adhere to the dual system model, a strong integration of theory and practice, with training and education provided through the Mindbreeze Academy, Fabasoft Talent Management, apprenticeships, and our e-learning platform.
