Your area of responsibility:

  • Main responsibilities include supporting our customers, assisting with sales planning and continuously contributing to market development.
  • You will coordinate the short, medium, and long-term business goals of customers with both Mindbreeze's current and future product solutions, developing customized strategies that create synergies and added value.
  • You’ll act as the liaison between the customer and Mindbreeze, continuously providing valuable insights and feedback to internal teams, including product development, consulting, marketing, and support.
  • Additionally, you will aide in the creation of customer marketing materials, such as case studies, customer interviews, and press releases.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • You hold a degree in computer science or business informatics and have a strong understanding of business value and return on investment.
  • You already have several years of experience as a key account manager and enjoy customer contact and visiting our international and national customers (willingness to travel) when required.
  • You are communicative, and with your structured way of working, you keep track of even difficult projects and find the right solution.
  • You are team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build relationships at all levels.
  • You have the ability to set goals and the motivation to achieve them.

For this position, we offer you an annual gross salary of USD 90 000. Salary may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as professional qualifications, experience, background, and performance in the role.
