To deliver targeted support aimed at mastering your own unique challenges, our "Support Package" offers you the following services:

  • We help you handle non-product-specific support tickets
  • When you open a standard ticket, we estimate the amount of support and consulting work for you in advance
  • Choose a package with either 3, 5, 10, or 20 person-days and pay only for the days you need and use within a 12-month period
  • We’re here to guide you as you implement your project, offering support and advice for any technical decisions, as well as assistance with:
    • Configuring your installation
    • Configuring your search apps
    • Connector configuration
  • As part of this package, we are available for you Monday through Friday during our regular business hours.
