- When you open a standard ticket, we estimate the amount of support and consulting work for you in advance
- Choose a package with either 3, 5, 10, or 20 person-days and pay only for the days you need and use within a 12-month period
- We’re here to guide you as you implement your project, offering consulting and advice for any technical decisions, as well as assistance with:
- Configuring your installation
- Configuring your search apps
- Connector configuration
- As part of this package, we are available for you Monday through Friday during our regular business hours.
