Thanks to the seamless integration in Salesforce, users can now access the full range of functions and services of Mindbreeze InSpire directly in their familiar working environment. This opens up numerous opportunities to make even deeper use of the available functionalities, such as the automated triggering of a search query when calling up a specific case ("Zero Term Search").
