- We install the full range of updates (product releases, critical hotfixes) on up to four of your appliances and also handle the installation of your license
- One of our trusted experts is at your service for two hours twice a week to provide customized support and targeted problem-solving
- We create monthly reports and analyses so you can track what is happening
- We discuss your specific concerns in monthly meetings
- We handle the monitoring of your installations
