Some special configurations require consulting that exceeds our standard product support.
To provide you with optimum consulting in special circumstances, our "Consulting Outside Business Hours" Package includes the following services:

  • We help you handle non-product-specific support tickets
  • When you open a standard ticket, we estimate the amount of support and consulting work for you in advance
  • Choose a package with either 3, 5, 10, or 20 person-days and pay only for the days you need and use within a 12-month period
  • Throughout the implementation of your project, we’re at your side with support, advice regarding technical decisions, as well as assistance with:
    • DR testing
    • Go-live
    • Updates
  • As part of this package, we are available for you Monday through Sunday, both during and outside of our regular business hours.
